At 4Property we understand the pressure that Agents are under, with services and portals all demanding high fees or share of commission, and, therefore, 4Bids is different.

1. The bidding will be a function of the agent’s own site, so users won’t be taken to another site with properties from other agents.
2. We won’t be asking for a cut of your hard earned commission! Free for the first 6 months and then just a small fee of €25 per property enabled. This fee will be invoiced on a per property basis allowing agents to include this charge as part of the vendor’s marketing plan. No contract, just use this service as you require.

Simple and adaptable bidder verification will be included, email notifications, along with other controls to ensure Agents, Vendors and Bidders all have a great experience.
