As an admin, head over to the Users section, select a user and scroll down to the Property Drive Roles, Capabilities & Linked Assets section. Select the “Solicitor” custom user role from the dropdown and assign a property to the respective user.
When the Solicitor has been assigned to the property, head over to Property Drive -> Integrations & Modules -> Datarooms and upload as many documents as you want to the Solicitor’s assigned property.
The Solicitor will then be able to see all uploaded documents in their Account section.
