4Bids Notifications

New User/Bidder
New bidder notifications (new user registration in WordPress) are sent to all emails set in WP Property Drive → 4Bids → General Settings → Email & Notification Settings.
Whenever a new user creates an account in WordPress, there is no property data attached to it, therefore the notification only goes to the general email address(es) set up below.
4Bids Document Upload
Bidder document upload notifications are sent to all emails set in WP Property Drive → 4Bids → General Settings → Email & Notification Settings.
4Bids Document Upload + Property Verification Request
If the bidder also selects a property to be verified for, then notifications are being sent to:
- All emails set in WP Property Drive → 4Bids → General Settings → Email & Notification Settings (see screenshot above)
- Agent email attached to the property (coming from the property feed) (see screenshot below)
Note: If a custom agent email is set in the WordPress property editor, 4Bids section (see screenshot below), then notifications will only be sent to this email address (skipping the original agent and the general notification emails).
