1. Segment Visitors

Segmenting your visitors allows you to direct them to the most relevant content on your site.

If they are a prospective landlord, there is no point in getting them to browse your current listings!

Example: Liberty Blue

2. A Video for Every Listing

People love video (and so does Google, so it helps with your SEO), so give them what they want!

Make sure these are easy to watch on all devices too, as most will be watching on mobile.

When potential clients visit your website and see you displaying your listings in a very high standard, they will get an insight into how their property will be advertised if they go with you.

3. Feed Listings

The days of logging into the back-end and adding properties to your site are gone. You should have your site set up for listings to come directly from your CRM or from Daft/Myhome.

This greatly cuts down on time spent adding listings to multiple platforms and ensures a uniformity of your listing across all platforms.

If you require any assistance with this, we would be happy to offer advice, email us here.

4. Use Forms & CTAs

When visitors come to your site, what do you want them to do?

Do you want them to book in for a free valuation? Do you want them to leave their details so you can call/email them back?

If you don’t ask, you don’t get! Make sure to have forms and calls to action on your site. This allows you to capture prospective clients’ details to bring it to the next step.

5. You Should have a Blog

This is one that often goes on the long finger, but can really help with building trust and a relationship with prospects.

Helpful blog posts like “Insights into the local property market”, “Tips on getting your house ready for sale” offer value to your prospects. This, in turn, keeps your agency in the forefront of their mind when they decide to sell or rent their property.

6. Take bids on your site

Many buyers have become used to online bidding, your site needs to be able to take online bids directly on the site.

Ensuring you take bids directly, will drive traffic to your site and not to a 3rd party site.

Example: Quinn Property

You don’t need more buyers, you need more stock.
